I bought parts from these guys to repair a 40-something year old casement window. Their prices were great and their shipping was fast. I called with a question and received a prompt callback - excellent customer service. So glad that I found them!
We got our repaired casement lock and installed it right away. It works perfectly and looks beautiful! My mom has been working on fixing up a historical home and really wanted to find a similar replacement to maintain the original features of the home. Unfortunately, when we looked for a replacement, we learned that the company had since closed.
