Very bad company- I do not recommend them! The woman who came to clean my home barely cleaned, everything was still dirty after she left. When I called to complain, the man in charge (said he was the boss) showed up at my house, screaming, demanded I let him inside to show him how terrible the cleaning was. It was truly scary. He stood outside my garage screaming to let him in now and show him what I was upset about. DO NOT use this company!

From 'modest' to 'bad'It would not be an understatement to say that you had to look harder to see what was cleaned than what was not after being ‘cleaned’, in our 1 level house with 2 Bedrooms to clean (4 BR house, but 2 are not used as the kids are gone so just the MBR and ‘the office’).In the kitchen, no one even moved the toaster or coffee maker to wipe the crumbs/stains behind them. The center island was wiped, but apparently not with soap (would that be extra?). Vacuum and mop? Maybe. Make that ‘not’. I had spilled some ‘paper confetti’ from my office paper shredder in my BR office and it was still there when I got home. Ditto for small debris...read full review

The worst cleaning lady I've ever had. Skipped many obvious things and did an awful job on others. Left my floors more dirty than she found them. I paid for 6 hours and she left after 5.5 even though she wasn't done. I called the office to discuss and was told she is one their best which is very disappointing. The woman in the office said "my house was very very dirty" and that was the most that could be done in 6 hours. First of all - my house is never really dirty. I can clean for company in 10 minutes. I was looking for someone to do the detail work. Ceiling fans, baseboards, under couches, etc. She didn't even wipe the kitchen cabinets or one of the counters so detail work was completely ignored. Second of all - she didn't stay for 6 hours. Grace, in the office, said "sorry, it;s just not going to work out". Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. So... they send an untrained (supposedly their best) cleaning lady to my house, (who speaks NO english) she does a terrible job, and the are like "sorry, it's not going to work out". WHy? Because I expect her to actually work? I DO NOT recommend using this company.
