Elena was amazing! I am getting more grey hairs and decided to start transitioning to grey so I asked for full highlights. She did such a great job and was able to get my hair very blonde which is hard on my hair. The hair cut was amazing too - check her out. The salon also has great deals. I will totally be back so Elena can work on my hair more. Thank you, Elena!Services: Haircut

I Love them! I used to have long hair and wanted to go short so I had this style in mind so I wanted to try it but I love it! The price was high but it was worth it and I recommend anyone to go to JCPenney's salon.

I love coming here. Linda is amazing, she is very well educated on hair, friendly she will talk to you while in your styling process. I am coming back again. They are all professional, very clean salon modern with an old skool feel to it!!!! No complaints!!! Can't wait to book my next appointment!?????????
