I just got a gel manicure done here and they are so bad. The polish was really bumpy, there were bubbles in the top coat, and there was a lot of polish on my cuticles. I tried ignoring it and wanted to fix them at home, but they were actually so bad I had to go back in. I asked for them to be fixed but honestly it ended up looking worse so I asked for them to be removed. Once she removed them, I tried leaving so I can paint them at home but she didn’t let me. I feel bad because she was trying to be nice, but I really just didn’t like the work. She did them again and they were still not good. My cuticles were slightly cut from the drill. Very beautiful place but it's way too expensive for the service you get. The thing lady didn't even ask my feet. She put my feet in water and cut my toe nails, and then polish them, then put hot towels on. Plus, they upcharge you 25 dollars for no chip... like, really. I will not go back here ?

I came here for the first time because my normal nail tech went out of country for a month. One of my nails broke and I needed a fill in. I did not have an appointment. Venezia Nail Spa accept walk-ins! Tony did my nails! I got a fill in acrylic and no chip polish. He did great job. Great customer service and friendly. Overall the spa is spacious and clean.
