Excellent place to get a haircut. Friendly service and they don't try to rush you out the door. John is particularly good; he makes a real effort to remember his clients and how best to cut their hair.

I have been a customer of the Niles location for several years now, and while I do not always opt for the same stylist, I have always been consistently pleased with my experience . My favorite stylist is Valentina, who also happens to the the manager. She is very good at cutting my hair and I always leave happy with the way my hair looks. I usually request Val if she is working, provided I have the time to wait for her.Another big plus with this location is I have seen the same stylists here for years, which is a testament to how well the store is managed. They did a nice job cutting my hair which is really easy but they upcharged me for the higher priced cut. I didn't notice it until I got the email receipt but I will just pay attention next time...
