I recently tried this place for a facial. I pre booked $229 hydra facial. As soon as I enter the spa they requested me to fill on the medical history form which took less than 5 mins. The front desk was super friendly and warm. I was then hosted by Victoria to one of the facial rooms. She started off with my skin consultation. As I am currently on medication so she recommended not to do hydra facial and instead she did recommend the signature facial for me. She clicked few pictures before starting the facial and after. This place is awesome and I've never even had the pleasure of their services. My wife was unable to make her appointment due to an illness and they were were so understanding and accommodating. Waived the cancellation fee and made a lifer out of my wife (and maybe even me one day!). Thanks so much to Maggy for the amazing customer service.
