I literally had a 4:45 appointment on 10/28 and no one showed up. The salon was closed and locked. I tried calling multiple times, it took me straight to voice mail. Stayed there for 15 minutes waiting and no one called or showed up. Very rude and unprofessional.

i was looking for a new place to get my lashes done and was lead here through someone else and booking was the best decision ive made! the atmosphere is so warm and clean and professional and the team does a great job of making you feel comfortable and going over what you want out of your service!
