Edward-Elmhurst Medical Group - Naperville

They are now part of Edward-Elmhurst group and have a new name: Elmhurst Clinic Podiatry. Other than the name, and billing, nothing has changed. The staff is still incredibly kind, appointments are a breeze and convenient to make. Dr. Haq is still the most gentle, kind, soft spoken podiatrist, EVER. After 5 years ~ I would never switch.

Arrived for a 9:45 appointment and wasn't seen until 10:35 after I was told it would only be a 20 minute wait. Pushed to have x-rays before the Dr. even saw me. Once the Dr. did see me he was annoyed I was on the phone (with work, trying to change a meeting time because the appointment was running so late). Actual appointment lasted 5 minutes. May or may not have been an effective diagnosis. We'll see. Regardless, I can't recommend an office that has such disrespect for their patients' time. I will go somewhere else in the future.

I went to see Dr. Haq in the Naperville office after 2 months of suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. She was so calm and very nurturing. She thoroughly explained my issues and anatomically explained why I was having this pain. She then explained the course of treatment. I had to have a Cortisone injection in my heel (not fun), and she did a great job keeping me calm throughout the process. I'm delighted with the outcome. I'm completely pain free and am so thankful for my experience with Dr. Haq and her office.
