Excellent work and professionalism. I had a hitch installed on my Model Y, which took about an hour. Everything was done cleanly and flawlessly at home, eliminating the hassle of going to an auto shop and waiting. Joe is fantastic, knows what he's doing, and is well-versed in the EV market. Excellent service. Joel the owner/mechanic came to my home and was very quick, clean and almost half the price of what Tesla quoted. He worked with my extended warranty company where Tesla refused and I would have had to pay myself and seek reimbursement. Joel was very knowledgeable and took time to answer some other questions I had about my vehicle. He checked some other items on my car and made some honest recommendations on future services. With his reasonable prices and no pressure approach, I plan to use him on all my future EV needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Joel from EVolution Mobile was a joy to work with. He came to my home to inspect a Tesla Model Y I was test-driving to purchase from Hertz. He did so within 24 hours of submitting the inspection request since I indicated I was on a time crunch. Joel's thorough inspection and answers to my questions alleviated my concerns about purchasing the used Telsa, which I'm the proud owner of today. I cannot recommend EVolution Mobile enough. I will now use them for my Tesla's routine maintenance and other needs.
