I am incredibly grateful for the care I have received at Settle Dental Group. They have been very easy to get an appointment set and when I have questions or concerns, they are all happy to help. All of the staff I have interacted with have been some of the kindest people! Thank you to all here for providing such great service and care to Southern Illinois!

I have been a patient of Dr. Settle's forever and he has been a great dentist for both of us. He has taken such great care of my teeth I particular. I was on extremely high doses of Prednisone for an autoimmune disease that left me with a host of problems one being lose of bone, teeth and dry mouth. These caused havoc to my mouth which my old dentist didn't know about. He left the area so we found Dr. Settle and my mouth, jaw, teeth were saved! I see Dr. Grounds at Dr. Settle's and have found him to be a wonderful dentist. He always listens to my concerns and I feel we come up with the best plan of care together. Everyone at Dr. Settle's office have been extremely courteous and kind; I love this dental group and would highly recommend.
