Had a broken water pipe in a very hard to reach place. HP showed up and not only fixed the issue but also helped me move all the items from my pantry in order to fix it from a different angle.

Was not an emergency so came the next day. Arrived about 45 minutes before they were scheduled to and had the toilet leak fixed within about an hour for $50 less than the estimate. Would certainly call again.

Great service and a job well done! Woke up on Sunday morning and heard water running. Not good. Apparently the outside faucet broke during the night and water had been running for hours. We got it stopped temporarily and on Tuesday they showed up early, assessed the problem and was done in less than an hour.
