dropped computer off on Friday with possibility of getting back that same day. well with what they are doing I really didn't expect the same day return. they are closed on Saturday and Sunday so expecting return on Monday - if the return on Monday happens I will be totally satisfied if the return on Monday does not happen then I will be disappointed and will chalk it up to " this is the world we live in"

I was looking for a difficult to find part. They had what I needed in stock and at a reasonable price. They held it for a few hours until I could get there and the purchase was trouble free. I would recommend these guys and will be looking to them instead of NewEgg next time I need a part.

This is the place to go. Not sure if I dealt with the owner when in there but he didn't have what I needed. Asked me to wait while he went in back. So glad I waited, it was exactly what I needed (bought everything he bring to me lol) none of the other pc shops in town had the cables and even Best Buy told me to go to Amazon. Prices are VERY reasonable. If there is something I need right away and can't wait for it to be shipped (happens a lot) this is where I will be going and nowhere else.
