Andy put in some upgraded speakers, amps, sub and an app controlled DSP module for me.
I went back for a tweak to the system. And while I was there, he asked why the door to my gas tank was open. That’s because the day before it didn’t open, so I had to pry it open in a rush I broke it.
Later he called and said there might be a loose connection to the button that opens my gas tank door from when they did the speaker install.
So I canceled an appointment I’d set at my local mechanic’s shop who said taking off the door panel and another panel inside the back left rear with all labor time... read full review

VERY happy parent and new teenage driver! My son wanted a stereo upgrade in his used car. He had a finite amount of money to spend on a stereo and speakers. We stopped by and chatted with Andy about what my son wanted (and he listened!) and he directed us to where/what to look for. He also told us what we DIDN'T need (saving my son some money). We ordered the parts and returned --Andy performed the installation. Turned out to be exactly what my son was looking for! Fast forward a few weeks --stereo stops working. My son took it in to have Andy look at it and he diagnosed it as a failed stereo. He assured him it was not something he had ever encountered with Kenwood... read full review
