This eye doctor went all out for us! Meredith was awesome at working with us so my son could get a temporary pair of glasses while waiting for our warranty replacement. She worked hard on putting the lenses into a frame so my son could continue to have glasses as the replacement was delayed. They entire office was outgoing, and willing to do whatever it takes to get my son something to use! The staff worked above and beyond with an understanding attitude. Overall the staff was willing to fo above and beyond to accommodate us! I appreciate the dedication to help my son along! Thank you for all your help!

Great customer service! I live out of country and only in town for a few days. I needed to get my glasses fitted and some extra contacts. Meredith was more than happy to help with everything. She was able to give me 3 free boxes of trial contacts and fitted my glasses perfectly! Thank you for all the help you made my trip that much better!

I’ve never had this level of personable and relatable customer service. These people are fantastic. They made sure I tried all options, including discounted frames that were in the back. They were clear about pricing and options for my glasses. The doctor had a great attitude and was easy & fun to work with. Love this place!!
