When owner of Hairsay, Ilene (my awesome colorist & stylist) suggested I meet Pam, make-up and eyebrow specialist at her salon, I thought sure, why not!!I spend 4 months in the summer here and was searching for someone to shape my brows. I’d only been to one woman in Los Angeles for years so I was a bit apprehensive.Let me just say, Pam is the best tweezer and shaper ever. I use to wax, but NEVER again. She has miraculously brought my brows back to life with the perfect arch and shape. I’m almost thinking I should spend more time here because she is a goddess!!! I have been coming to Hairsay since it opened in 1997, and before. (Long story.) It is a wonderful salon, with staff who are not just well-trained and professional, but also truly caring about the clients' needs and well-being. They also care about one another, and have weathered a number of storms through the years, standing stronger together. I have felt lucky to be a part of their clientele for all these years, and hope to be able to continue for years to.come. Thank you for the chance to send a little love letter disguised as a review.

You will never find a better salon than Hairsay. The hairdressers are without peer, the space is beautiful, and the staff is helpful, warm and friendly. When I go there, I feel like I'm with family -- -- and after 35 years of doing business there, I probably am.
