Very impressive people at this company. No high pitch sale speech for an hour from Blue Ridge...From the quote to the installation, and the questions after installation, it's top notch. Everything is very prompt with them.First 78° day this year, our 23 year old ac couldn't cool the house. Blue Ridge was recommended by a friend, and after Bill came and inspected and measured and told us what would be best for us, we didn't get any other quote. (The price was less than a quote we got about 4 years ago!)We also purchased a whole house air purifier. They have 3 models you can choose from. We had a great experience with blue ridge today. They came out so quickly and thankfully got our air back up and running within an hour.
