If only I could give "ZERO STARS" because "ONE STAR" is being generous...Called this location to schedule an appointment on September 2,2022 I was gave a price for my hair of $70 then when I got there I was told $100. Shonntel was my hairstylist for this appointment. I went in for a wig to be fully sewn on & she stated she could but used glue/adhesive spray on part of the hairstyle which I had told her i didn't want. My hairstyle slid within a week of it being done. I called & texted with barely to no response & when she did it was with an attitude. All the young lady had to say was "she did not know how to do the hairstyle I wanted" and I would've left & got someone else. Unfortunately the salon was unbearably hot that day too. So if y'all want to go to a salon & get played out your money PLEASE by all mean go to Airy Beauty & ask for Shonntel

Today was 91 degrees out and I have been working all day in the heat . I went into the salon only to be blasted in the face with the intense heat inside . There was no ac or fans at all ! I had my hair washed by a child not the loctician . She didn't acknowledge me at all . I had a 2 o clock appointment and she double booked her time slots ! It was almost an hour and the lady was doing a full set of starter locs . I stepped outside and came back in to find someone getting there locs done and not mine . She anticipated me walking out smh . Save your time and go to who Yu been going to . She definitely doesn't know how to manage time

Stylist was over an hour late for the appointment. Lacked communication leading up to the appointment And when I was in the salon waiting on her she would not respond to my text messages. Her assistant deep conditioned my hair even tho I told her I had a fresh rinse the week before and did not want to wash my hair. The conditioner pulled almost all the pigment out of my hair. The stylist Then called me after I left to say she was only a few minutes late, when in fact, she was an hour late.
