Wanted to share what an amazing experience we have had with team #7, Marie and Isela! These ladies have been taking care of us for over a year and we couldn't be happier! They are the sweetest and take care of us like family! They do an amazing, thorough and efficient job cleaning! They are always upbeat and such a joy when they come into our home. We are so grateful to have them! Highly recommend this wonderful team!
Leaving this 5 stars *based solely on the services provided by team #7, Marie and Isela.* The experience with the administrative side was iffy *at best.* But these ladies just absolutely were wonderful. I received a gift card, and I *would not recommend Molly Maid as a place to get a gift card for someone you love, barring you know for a fact they already use this service.* However, if you want to use them, choose this team and you won’t be disappointed. They were very efficient and thorough, and sweet with my kids even though I’m sure we were in the way in the moments we popped in. The 2 person crew was on time for the window (actually a bit early), and worked until everything was finished. They properly charged for the time which was 2hr 20min for my 2 br/2 ba condo.
Most issues were cleared; I think a cobweb or 2 in the ceiling escaped the duster but it was way better than when it started, and all of the surfaces they advertized were covered.
I feel like the management vs the actual workers were 2 different entities, but the ones doing the work were professional and did everything I needed.
