Customer service is great. I have a nail shop directly across from my house but will drive here because of the service. Also quality of polish is important, I have not experienced my polish peeling.

I wasn't sure about this place based on reviews, but both my husband and I love it. They do a great job - especially on my husbands feet which are more than a bit rough as he stands for works. They are great with us and we see no racism which have experienced other places in the past. No it's not a luxury salon where they are waiting on you but it's a great price. There's is a water cooler where you can get your own water- for free. I also believe you can get bottled water but I'm not sure if there's a fee. Today we went for a manicure and pedicure at A1 Nails in Elmwood Park at 7230 w north Ave. it's nestled in a strip mall but worth the search. We were treated like royalty. My technician Loundy was awesome, she took her time and made me feel relaxed and did an awesome job.
