They said door would take 6 weeks to be delivered, it took 12. No updates provided, I had to call 4 times for status. At one point they flat out lied about when it was delivered. Additionally, when talking with them throughout the process it was clear communication soft skills and customer empathy were not a priority for them. Their attitude and lack of customer service made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. Price was ok compared to others. Quality ok, could be a little neater.

Door took forever to get in. It was installed wrong. Company sent someone to adjust 6 weeks later. They sent wrong trim work but installer put it up anyway. Still waiting for someone to get back with correct trim. Go somewhere else.

Through the years we had The Door and Window Super Store on Ogden Ave. in Downers Grove, IL replace all of our windows with Marvin windows. Expensive, yes, but the quality is great so we didn't mind the cost. This past year we had our front entry door, sidelights and half round transom window replaced with cut glass components. Beautiful! We replaced our back door as well plus added new storm doors. The sales folks have changed a few times over the years but with our latest project, I worked with Tom LaRocca.
