I never had issues with the immediate care at this location. The doctors, nurse practitioners and staff are very competent, helpful and professional. Waiting time is reasonable depending on how busy they may be at the time one arrives for care and the severity of the illness or injury.
I was at the Deerfield Immediate Care three days ago and received very professional and satisfying services / recommendations by Dr. Gershon and Susan the MA and Tech.Very efficient and pleasant.The lady at the front desk / registration was very nice as well.Thank you to all three.
I'm not sure why there's all these bad reviews. I went in yesterday and I was in and out within an hour. The nursing staff, front desk, and the doctor were all super informative, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would go back in a heartbeat. This is the best experience I've ever had in the suburbs with urgent care.
