Punctual, professional, and very good at her craft. As you may see at their website, they provide many traditional and non-traditional therapies aimed at helping you feel better. I lost my reiki practitioner some years back and after an exhaustive search: I found Katie. Not only is she very good as an LMT she also is a very talented energy worker. Since I’ve found her business, she has continued to build her knowledge and expanded her experience into other eastern healing philosophies(cupping/acupuncture). I highly recommend her and her associates in what ever therapy you may be seeking. They’re very experienced for a reasonable price. Don’t think twice about it.... read full review
I’m grateful to have found a new massage therapist so easily upon my move to the region. Katie created a safe and welcoming environment for her clients and practitioners. Would absolutely recommend checking out her wellness center.
I leave after my 60 minute massage and 30 minute cupping session every time feeling so grateful and renewed. Last time, I had injured a deltoid and was struggling. Katie focused on this area with massage and cupping. That same evening and next day the pain gradually subsided and within a week I had complete range of motion with very little distress. I was sold before the injury but now I know that this treatment every 4-5 weeks is a staple in my life. Thank you Sangha Center for Wellness - thank you Katie!❤️
