My mother in law has had several issues in her home over the past few months requiring Tiger services totalling over $11k. My husband, her son, had some reservations regarding recommended fixes and pricing being quoted to my mother in law. He made contact with the General Manager, Ryan, to resolve the concerns. Within 2 days Ryan had reviewed her entire account, found an issue with one of the jobs and issued her a refund almost $2k. They were here right away as I was needing them and didn't fix any more than really had to be to make the old machine work and said it was good for another round I was very impressed and the young man was courteous and it and very good about explaining what the machine needed

Joe was quick to respond when our heater went out and was able to take a look the same day. Super nice and now he’s the person I’ll turn to next time we have an issue with our HVAC system!
