I took an excellent Virtual Yin Class which was taught beautifully by Scott . Scott is an excellent teacher who explained the target areas of each pose and also gave modifications that students might use if necessary Enjoyed the pace and the stillness he encouraged I highly recommend Yoga Tree Studio I highly recommend this Yin Class 5++++++ Stars
I have been searching for a new studio and am so relieved to have found Yoga Tree! The space and staff are very inviting. I've practiced with several instructors and have enjoyed them all! It's the first studio I've found in Chicago that feels like a community.
Every experience I have at Yoga Tree has been fantastic. Whether a class or event, it is always filled with great people and well thought out. I like that the space is small enough to be intimate but not crowded and has a peaceful energy. You can feel the shift when you walk through the door from the busy world outside.
