My absolute favorite local barber shop! Reservations are required in advance and the chairs are often booked weeks and months in advance. Worth it to get on the schedule but book out so you don't get blocked.

I have been going to Public Barber for over a year now, and I can't say enough positive things about it. As a nonbinary trans person, finding a welcoming and accepting shop has always been important to me, and Public Barber has exceeded my expectations. I want to give a huge shout out to my amazing barber, Donald! He has been incredibly supportive and open to trying out different cuts with me. Recently, I decided to go for my first buzz cut, and Donald was super supportive and always answers my questions. The energy in the shop is fantastic, and I truly enjoy being there. Public Barber is definitely a place worth supporting.

First time going, and I felt like my barber listened to me and even went beyond what I was hoping for. Also, I felt very safe as a trans man being there. Highly recommend for LGBT folks with shorter hair cuts.
