I love these guys! They resurrected my precious old Dell several years ago when it had problems, and it is now in its 12th year. Good location and reasonably priced. Not a rush service, however.

I never leave reviews, so going out of my way to write this proves my sincerity.I could not recommend this place enough. I have no idea what some of these bot reviews are talking about saying the service takes forever. My MacBook Pro died and could not charge. I am a filmmaker with a film due and was concerned I’d have to get a new computer. Chris, who I cannot praise enough, ran a free diagnostic and told me it’d need a new battery and important motherboard cleaning. He is smart and educated in the field. When I am getting a service like this I like to know all of the tech details. He explained the entire problem to me and answered all of my questions in layman terms.... read full review

Took my laptop in sometime in July, 2022 and was told that the battery was dead and that I needed a new battery and that because of the laptop's age, this would take a while. Weeks passed. Called and was told that it would be fixed by Friday (was that August? September?). It is now mid November, 2022. Following my original post, the owner contacted me and assured me that he would personally see to it that my MacBook Air would be repaired and in my hands within days. It was. It works. Was the problem a parts shortage? That likely contributed. The initial lack of communication did not help. I am upgrading my rating from one star to four in gratitude to Lotfy.
