Came for a couples massage, it was our first time here. It was a very welcoming & relaxing experience, definitely will be coming back to try out the other massages and services they offer. Hannah did mine and she was awesome!

I’ve had massages at many places and by far the best deep tissue massage I’ve had was with TaShon at Pause River North. I’ve been multiple times and each massage is better than the last. She is knowledgeable about the body and trigger points. The price point is also reasonable. TaShon is fantastic and I’ll definitely be back :)

After a long trip from Europe to Chicago, to run the marathon, was feeling exhausted and with heavy legs! I did a sports massage with Stan, and I felt amazing before my run!! Excellent massage and professional!!
