I attended the Cryo- Sound Plunge and now I am officially hooked! The space was so inviting and the ambiance you dream of for a relaxing journey.
Cameron was the perfect energy to guide us into the Cryo plunge and gave us all the courage and music to go along with it.
Katie was amazing on our breathing skills to embrace the polar plunge but also for your everyday reminder. She then guided us for an amazing sound bath, which was my first time and won’t be my last.
Could not recommend these ladies or this space more!

Elaine was wonderful! She checked in before the massage started to hear what I wanted to focus on. And it helped relax me even before the massage started. I loved the aromatherapy add on and the chance to truly let go and enjoy the experience. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
