Service is a bit too fast relative to the price. They often miss spots on my head, so the cuts can look uneven. There are many independent salons in the area that offer men's cuts at the same price point, and do a more thorough job (25-30 minutes instead of 10 minute cuts). I would support them over an operation like this where a national franchise is taking a large portion of the cost of your haircut, instead of your stylist. Wait times often do not match what the App shows.

Such great service!! Wonderful stylists, I don’t come in super often but the young lady who cuts my hair still remembers me and what cut I get she is such a gem and really brightens my day:)

I’m new to Chicago so came here looking for a barber in the area. You get what you pay for. They are a very quick and no bs kinda place. Not the warmest or friendliest but if you’re looking for a simple cut, this isn’t a bad place. If you want a wash, you have to tell them otherwise they assume you just want a cut.
