Ariel who works the patient appointments department was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. I tried making an appointment for my daughter who’s been going there even before she was born. For a state required physical exam for school. Ariel informed me because a couple years passed since my daughter was last seen she was considered a new patient and couldn’t be seen because they weren’t accepting new patients. She gave me no information on what steps to take next, where to go, how to find her an appointment. She was huffing and puffing and trying to rush through the entire phone call. This clinic is my go to for my family. But today with my 6 month old. It was horrible the blood work. She asked if I was able to hold my baby or she wanted the nurse to hold my baby. I was like no I can hold him. She looked for his vein. Didn’t even take her time just thought she felt something and said okay and proceeded to poke him once inside no blood was coming out. That’s when she started to take the needle out half way and moving it in different directions and putting all back in. She did this at least 6 times. While my baby is screaming. wow a very good clinic!!!! on point with everything!!!!! calls, returning calls, returning messages, communication with the nurses and the front desk, politeness at it's best! professional, knowledgeable nurses and doctors.... employees there that show they care about a patients health.... good timing for the visits.... nurses and doctors and all the other employees know what they do and answer the questions with great, helpful, knowledgeable and wise answers.... I recommend this clinic to everyone seeking a good clinic to go for their primary health needs and for a primary clinic.
