I am responding to Donna Sander's review. I will post the screen shots if need be documenting texts sent to me regarding her appointment. First of all, I should have seen her numerous phone call in the middle of the night and her disgruntled message left as a clear red flag as to not accept her as a new client, shame on me for not seeing the signs. When I spoke with her to set the appointment for Saturday for a cut and color - she would supply her formula. Thankfully I reached out to her on the Thursday before to ask for the formula because I wanted her color to be perfect.
