Incredibly unprofessional. Spoke to the owner on the phone about scheduling a same day appointment, says “no problem” and to call the shop to schedule an hour session. Shop manager answers and as I relay this information to her she tells me that I can come in on Friday.No, he said I could today.Then she said I could come tomorrow.Still not the answer that Ben, the owner, gave me.After finally getting an appointment scheduled (the tattoo is small and would have taken 30 min tops), I come in for the appointment and am told I have to wait an hour because the shop manager allowed walk ins during my allotted time. I've been wanting a tattoo for a very long time, but was too fearful to pull the trigger on it. I knew kinda what I wanted, but had to be sure! I've followed Deluxe for a couple of years, and finally contacted Ben at the beginning of the year, and he created a design that I still can't believe how beautiful it is! I'm not in Chicago but once every other year at least, but I knew this was the place to go. Ben calmed my nerves, chatted with me the whole time and I was completely relaxed! And it's true what they say, once you get one, you want more, and I definitely will pay Ben and Deluxe a visit every time I'm in town. I'm over the moon...read full review

I was fortunate enough back in 1996 to have Ben Wahh work his magic, still today it looks great, I never got a second tattoo, but if I do, I will get on a plane and fly back to Chicago and have Ben Wahh work some more if his Magic...decades of satisfaction.
