Nick came and helped me, when I was locked out. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. Not only did he help me get into my apartment, he educated me on the causes and issues as well as making me feel comfortable and safe going forward. He talked about next steps and I cannot thank him enough for being available and going above and beyond.
I use them for cutting keys; they do quick, accurate work at a good price. I would definitely recommend doing them here instead of a hardware store or vending machine, especially if you live in a an older building.
PS: Currently the official hours on the door are 9–5, but they mentioned that they’ve been staying open later recently and may permanently.

Stopped by today and worked with Ben. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes to make a copy of a key. Really positive experience. Best part is if the key doesnt work for whatever reason, which it did first try for me, the shop will fix it for free!! Cannot recommend enough!
