Rafael had met with me first to view my roof and came out a second time to meet my insurance adjuster. Rafael had work hard on my behalf with my Insurance company to get my hail damaged roof approved. After getting my roof approve, and picking the color of the shingles, his crew was out within 3 weeks to start. I was very impressed with his crew, not only were they on time, but very respectful of my property and very professional. They covered all my bushes and lawn with tarps. Clean up was amazing. Raphael worked with us on planning our roof, garage, and shed. Was a professional while helping us out with our insurance. I would recommend big city construction . Miguel and his crew did a great job. Very neat and professional. The roof looks fantastic.
