Lori is professional and knowledgeable along with being personable and patient. The location had good access for seniors, and everyone was very accommodating. Shouts out Lisa and James who worked on Memorial Day to provide us with GREAT customer service and Teamwork. My husband and I just stopped in to see what our Insurance covered for glasses.
