Called in to set an appointment as a potential new client with my 4 businesses and the person answering the phone was short with asking if I was referred by anyone and when I said no they responded that they are not taking new clients. Don't call if you are looking for an accountant and you are not referred by anyone. Apparently that's the only way they will take you on as a client.

I have been going to Don for over 20 years. He is very thorough and is always current on the latest tax changes.
