Mila did a great job in making my back feel better. 10/10 would recommend going back! She’s very kind and has a passion for her work, and she actually cares about taking care of the client rather than just doing a half way job. Before I came in I would have random back spasms from the pain on my lower back, and now I feel physically and mentally great. She also did an amazing job in explaining her process so I can understand how certain massage techniques work. Again very professional,100/100 would recommend to go for an appointment.

About a month ago I injured my right shoulder so bad, and was in so much pain as it was stuck with only 5 to 10% mobility, I could not even raise my right hand up to wash my face or brush my teeth. Due to her professionalism I felt I was in good hands as she was very gentle in massaging and stretching out my shoulder. After the first session, the next day I had about 60% mobility. It improved each day to around 80% and then after the second session I would say improved to around 90 to 95%. In the subsequent 2 weeks I'm back at 100% and have not even noticed my shoulder lately. Highly recommend Mila, she knows her field. This was my first time seeing her and I've noticed so much less swelling in my abdomen since lymphatic drainage. She worked on all of my scar areas and I feel like something was definitely blocked in the areas and opened up. The room is calming atmosphere, calming music, and she explains everything thoroughly. She will evaluate you before beginning treatment and uses shared decision making, which I'm glad I was given this choice as I feel a lot better. Will definitely be back for another appointment in near future. 5 ?
