I called Bryan's company just a few days ago, about some scratching sounds we were hearing in our attic/ceiling at nights. Freaked us out! He came within 2 hours, and on time! Went up in the attic. Did a detailed thorough examination. Found no evidence of critters (aliens?) up there. He thinks probably a bird was trying to get in from the outside, (but failed miserably and repeatedly). Unlike three other companies I called, (who had a fee for just coming out,) Bryan did not charge me for the visit, since there was nothing to remedy. Fantastic! Excellent service and very good product. It is not harmful to our dog, and it doesn’t cause allergies to me. Extremely happy it eliminated a pest of silverfish that came with us from a rental property. To our surprise we haven’t had ants in a long time, and we haven’t seen too many spiders as usual. And when we do, Bryan retreats our home and the spiders disappear or decrease significantly. Overall, very satisfied customers.
