Beyond grateful. Daisy was sick since Thursday and after calling every vet that morning till Sunday no one would take us. We walk in and the lady was so kind and helpful getting info and easy paperwork and got us right back into a room. The nurse comes right in and was sweet to Daisy and calm and heard all our concerns. The doctor was very kind and knew exactly what to do. They did not force unnecessary testing and gave us cost so we would be prepared for every route. I’m impressed and thankful for this ER vet.
I was traveling from Colorado to Oregon when my dog started having acid reflux. It took me over 2 hours to find a store in WY that was opened. When this medicine wasn't working I knew I needed to find an ER. Finding an ER vet in the middle of the country felt nearly impossible and then Helping Hands was open! Sure the wait was literally hours long but what do you do when you're the only ER vet for literal hours?! Evette was AMAZING! Late Saturday night, our long time loved family Bichon became very I'll. Hope Webster D.V.M. treated our dog Samii. The compassion she had for us and Samii was felt deeply. I don't think she would have made it through the night. The right diagnosis at the right time. Thank you so much Hope you will always be remembered.
