“I recently had the unfortunate need to call Insight Restoration around 9:30 p.m. There was an incident that resulted in our toilet being completely knocked over, water everywhere (though we got it turned off and cleaned up as quickly as possible) and potential floor damage. I honestly didn't know who to call for such a thing and a friend recommended them.
I spoke with Shelly, who was so kind and sweet. She even reassured me that the incident was not my fault, as she said, I can't be everywhere all the time. It really did touch me that she would say that. I explained all that happened and she called their mitigation supervisor and then called me back to let me know that Adam would be out by 10 a.m. the next day. (We opted to wait overnight to save money and she didn't pressure me in any way to try to get the work done in the night!)
Adam came and checked everything and determined that there was no real need for any repairs other than the toilet getting a new flange and being reset. Shelly gave me a list of plumbers they recommend and by 3 pm, we had someone from Pipe Dreams here who had us up and running in an hour. I'm sad I didn't get his name, as he was great as well.
Pipe Dreams invoice was beyond reasonably priced and Insight Restoration chose not to charge us at all. I am incredible grateful for all of their help and kindness during a very stressful time for me. Should the need arise in the future, they will be first on my list as well as Pipe Dreams!
