Big thanks to Geoffrey, Travis, and Joe (and I think also Jason on the weekend service calls) at Service Master for getting things cleaned up and getting us back in our home as quickly as possible. They worked hard to dry our floor while removing as little as possible, but eventually had to make the call to remove an extra layer of floor when the drying was taking longer than expected. I can be confident they didn’t leave until the job was done and they were sure our home was safe for our family again. I especially appreciated how thoughtful Geoffrey was about the impact on our kids of being stuck out of their home for several days.
Gennavie, Jason and Kenny were wonderful with our pack back. Gennavie has been the most amazing person to work with along this entire process. I would highly recommend this company.
Isaac, Shane, Jason and Kenny were all very kind and professional! They knew exactly what they were doing, and were willing to take the time to explain everything to me when I felt worried. Our house was completely restored to dry, which I never thought could happen! I’m very thankful for the team at Servicemaster by roome, and Travis, our Project Manager.
