I had a microbial infestation occur at my home for the first time I'm in my life and like most people, I was scared to death and almost having a panic attack thinking about what would be needed to have it removed - until I met Emmanuel from Rainbow Restoration. Highly recommend! Very professional, & informative. We had a pipe burst & of course I was in a panic. They were here within a half hour to save the day. I had no idea what to do & they came in & got everything started. The process was so easy. They communicated with my insurnace for me & took a huge weight off my shoulders. All three of the employees we had out were outstanding. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
I worked with James on a rental that had flooded and had severe damage. James kept in touch with all the necessary steps and worked with my insurance. His attention to detail and willingness to answer questions took the stress out of my rental catastrophe. I would highly recommend this company.
