I never knew going to the eye doctor could be so fun! Just went to market optical and Michelle and the whole crew made me feel so welcomed I didn’t want to leave. AmazIng selection of glasses, so many I’ve never seen before, not your basic selection and it was so cool to see all the options. Can’t wait to get my glasses!
I went in to Market Optical to get my frames adjusted and not only did they give the best customer service I have ever experienced, they also adjusted my frames for free and didn’t try to sell me on anything. 10/10 will be going back!
WOW! Customer Service at it's finest. Michelle was helpful and sweet. Her phone etiquette drew us in and we were not disappointed. She was able to assist us and take care of our needs. Been a long time since I experienced someone as knowledgeable and who likes what they do and helping people. Thank you Michelle.
