Technician was prompt and courteous. Did a thorough job of checking the electric furnace and diagnosing the problem. He had what he needed to fix the problem and did so efficiently. Will recommend A1.

A-1 had installed a new two-zone HVAC in the house expansion we built six years ago. Ever since, A-1 has provided service and honored their warranty. Randy Thomas, the McCall office manager, has always been responsive to our needs.Because of this fine service, we enlisted A-1 to replace the furnace and air-conditioning equipment in the older part of the house. It was 24 years old and was having problems.Randy gave us quotes with options, we picked one, and his crew - Matt and Riley - showed up on time and changed out the furnace, evaporator, and condenser.
