I want to take this opportunity to pass along a fantastic kudos to Roto-Rooter and its employee, Jay. We’ve been having issues with our septic system and needed it pumped today. Jay thoroughly cleaned the tank and explained every process he was performing as we stood outside with him to learn more about a system that we are not too familiar with. He took his time explaining the theory behind how a septic system works, the do(s) and don’t(s), and how to not fill it up too fast because we are larger family. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter based on my experience today with Jay!!!

From the initial call, to me having to re-schedule, the entire staff was so professional and kind!! Customer service like this in today’s world, doesn’t exist!! Highly recommend their services!!
