I ordered my collapsible dog crate March 2023. Upon arrival I noticed the box it was shipped in was basically destroyed (un usable) so I took it and threw it out. The crate itself was perfect condition wise BUT was slightly too small for my year old american bully. I reach out for an exchange and am informed I CAN NOT exchange it because the packaging that was destroyed (not my fault) so not I have a 1,000 dollar crate and literally cant use it...Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from these guys... pretty clear they are all about a buck. very disappointed.

best dog kennel you can buy!! if you have a high anxiety or high energy dog this is the safest option. We have two GSPs and one has bad kennel anxiety. she loves this kennel and is super relaxed in it.

My name is Esha Callahan. I am a 26 year old disabled female with a three year old German Shepard, blue healer, chow mix breed service dog i posted on craigslist that i needed a kennel for my dog. I then received a phone call from Impact case and container stating that they would like to give my service dog a brand new kennel. We picked it up yesterday. My dog absolutely loves it. And we do to. it was easy to haul, store, and assemble. Which is big coming from me, because everything is an issue with my spine. If you need a kennel, go to these guys. they are amazing.
