Tremendous strength training program. My wife and I have been training twice a week for over 25 years at the Exercise Institute. This "super slow" strength training program is the key to our health and well-being. Two 15 minute sessions a week keeps us fit. We have worked with many of the trainers over the years in addition to owner Mike Teater and are currently working with Nathan and Jake. All the trainers have been fantastic. Highly recommend the EI!

Started training at the Exercise Institute when I was 16 years old after I was worried about the safety and instruction of my local high school weights class. My trainer taught me all the fundamentals of weight lifting as well as cultivated my interest and passion for physical education. Fifteen years later, I am still training super slow, twice a week for 15-minutes each. Thank you EI, for keeping my family strong and healthy!#strongevity

I started working out at EI after I had my second child. I recognized the importance of strength training but had very limited extra time to make it all happen between quality family time, hobbies, and also working full-time. Many years later, I have continued my twice a week, 15 minutes a day, because that commitment to my own health is something I can make, especially when you see results!
