I walked into Jim's salon when it was actually closed, and he was waiting for a bridal party to walk in any moment as they had booked him for their hair, nails, makeup. Walked in to Jim's salon when it was closed, and he opened the door welcomed me with friendly genuine interest in what I was seeking, and though he was waiting on the arrival of a bridal party who'd hired him for their wedding hair, nails, and makeup, he spent over 30 minutes with me talking about my interests and how to best take care of my hair knowing I couldn't schedule a future appointment with him because I was only passing through town. Went with my girls. They were super friendly and flexible. Worked wonderfully with my youngest daughter, making her experience “the best day ever” and with my eldest through a panic attack. Great with autistic kiddos, ADHD kiddos, and sensory kiddos. Relaxing for parents. Highly, highly recommend them.
