Went in two years ago for an eye exam and within 2 days received pinkeye! I thought maybe it was just a coincidence but I just went back for another annual exam and two days later got pinkeye again! I called and spoke with Dr Pittman and what a joke! I will never go back and recommend you don’t either! Stay away!!!!

I went for an eye appointment at the Boise Costco. I just had my eye exam back in June 2020 and the doctor was great. I’m having some issues so scheduled a sooner than normal appointment. This time doctor Pittman came out and when I stepped out of my chair he jumped away from me and held his hands out and told me to stay back. I was early and he said I would have to wait a half hour because the appointment before me was 20 minutes late and he was going to take them in first. Not professional. He was coarse with his front desk gal as well. Get a different doctor or I won’t be back.

Very unfriendly and not professional in all working with customers. Was there 18 months ago and had great service an was happy with the experience. I won't be back, Costco Optical is still my go to place for glasses, I will just bring my prescription from a different Optometrist.
