“I’ve been a client of Iowa Home Care for a short time but my bath aid Ms. Lisa is phenomenal, she goes above and beyond and truly cares about her clients! If she ever retires I honestly don’t know what I would do, and God forbid this company takes her for granted I would have to take my business elsewhere, unfortunately!!! Also they have the kindest intake personnel including Olivia, who made me feel supported especially being disabled, that means the world to me. I’ve never had a bath aid who cares so much about your mental health just as much as my physical health, which a lot of people wouldn’t care about your mental health but Ms. Lisa does. Also my cats love her and they are fantastic judges of character, and if they don’t like you when they first meet you, I promise there is something wrong with you and your character.
